Conference 3-course Group Dinner | $72pp

    Enjoy a fresh and healthy dinner in a private meeting space, served by our attentive cordial staff.  The meal will be comparable to satisfying restaurant offerings. Chef will plan an Entrée, Main, and Dessert menu that fits with your group’s food objectives, such as Traditional, Low-Carbs, High-Protein, Paleo, rich, or the like.

Outdoor Group Barbeque | $66pp

    October – February is a great time to eat outdoors under the stars.  Let our staff provide a great barbeque dinner that everyone will remember and rave about.  Carrington only serves quality meats, and can cater for vegetarians too. The Chef’s BBQ sauces, glazes, and marinades are remarkable.

Casual Share-plates Meal | $72pp

    No dining experience is more team building than sharing a meal together with tapas share-plates from The Tom Wills.  Participants will experience a variety of tasty and filling specialties created by our award winning chefs. Dining with share-plates breaks down the distances between people.

Empire Salon Group Dinner | $85pp

    Nothings says Acknowledgement like a group dinner in the 1885 Wintergarden Empire Salons. Diners will experience the best of food, service, and setting the Capital Region has to offer.  With superb acoustics, the Empire Hall allows guest to have great conversations while having a great meal.


All meals include complimentary Filtered Water, Coffee, and Tea.

Venue Costs

Prices include set-up and take-down of chairs, tables, wireless microphones, sound system, lectern, video projector and screen, registration table, water table and glasses, signage easel, WiFi access, and designated venue supervisor.

Rose Cottage Blue Lounge (Indoor)                 – $15.00 pp minimum 10 people

Rose Cottage Veranda (Indoor)                        – $15.00 pp minimum 20 people

Rose Cottage Main Hall (Indoor)                      – $17.00 pp minimum 40 people

ELM PARK Event Garden (Outdoor)                 – $21.00 pp minimum 100 people

Wintergarden – Empire Salon (Indoor)           – $25.00 pp minimum 20 people

Costs are reduced by 15% for consecutive day events.

Other Information

  • Quotation prices will be firm from the time of confirmation and not rise before the confirmed event date.
  • Confirmation and progress payments are as follows:
    • 10% at the time of locking in the event date
    • 40% 2 months before the event date
    • Balance on invoice
  • Costs may be paid earlier than due and will be held in trust by The Carrington Inn Pty Ltd on your behalf.  Required payments become non-refundable after each due date.  Any prepaid amount that is not due is refundable.
  • Subject to venue availability, you may postpone your event for up to 12 months preserving all prepaid amounts.  Postponed events will have their costs adjusted by hospitality CPI from the time of the initial confirmation acceptance to the new postponed date.
  • Prices are for payment by direct deposit, cheque, or cash.  Payment by credit card will have a surcharge applied.
  • Prices shown on this site are firm for events within 6 months of publication.  Thereafter, for each 6 months or part thereof, prices may be elevated by 1.5% (one and one-half percent) or CPI, whichever is higher.
  • Participant numbers can increase up to 10 days prior to the date, up to capacity of venue.
  • Final invoicing will be based on booked numbers, or actual numbers, whichever is higher.
  • We require confirmation of numbers and dietary requirements 10 working days before your event.
  • A surcharge of $2.50 per person, per half-hour or part thereof, for functions which run over agreed time of conclusion, in addition to beverage charges.
